Connect a device to start using firmware updates

Click Connect in the top bar and grant access. Once connected, the system will identify the device model and current version, then show available firmware updates.

If this prompt appears during a firmware update, the issue may be caused by insufficient USB power. Please try:

1. Use another USB port, preferably a rear USB port on the computer. If the issue persists, try connecting the device to an independently powered USB hub.

2. Use another USB data cable, preferably no longer than 1.5 meters. Use a direct cable when possible and avoid adapters or converter cables.
